The offer

Our offer includes comprehensive accounting services for companies, and is addressed to sole traders, civil law partnerships, commercial partnerships, joint stock companies and foundations.

The scope of our standard services covers:

• Accounting
  We run accounts, calculate income tax and VAT tax, we prepare annual financial statements and statements for statistic purposes, we prepare tax declarations as well as maintain regular contact with tax offices.
   
• Tax revenue books
  We record economic operations for tax purposes, we also keep records of property and equipment, we prepare applications to the Social Insurance Institution and tax declarations.
   
• Payroll
  We prepare payrolls, calculate advance personal income tax payments, prepare annual declarations, calculate social insurance premiums, we prepare and deliver appropriate declarations to the Social Insurance Institution and also keep employee records.
   
• Reporting
  We prepare all types of financial statements and reports adjusted to our customers needs, using templates they provide or presenting our own report proposals.
   
• Accounting supervision at the Customer’s premises
  We provide continuous supervision over accounting personnel at the Customer’s premises taking the responsibility consistent with the scope of functions of the company’s Chief Accountant.
   
• Accounting consultancy
  We provide consultations on accounting as well as human resources and payroll issues with regard to the company’s current activity or future plans.
   
• Accounting book reviews
  We verify the correctness of accounting and tax records, we analyse the current status of accounts and present our proposals for corrections.
   
• Clearing of EU projects
  We are experienced in clearing EU projects, maintaining adequate records and preparing reports specified in guidelines for project documentation.
   
• Registration, liquidation, sale of the companies
  We perform all activities related to company registration, fill in relevant forms and applications, we submit them to adequate authorities and monitor the course of the registration process. We also offer companies for sale.
   
• Tax consultancy
  Our tax experts and advisors cooperating with us are at our Customers disposal in order to provide them with consultations in the area of tax law and to deliver opinions on task issues.
   
• Legal services
  We offer comprehensive legal service including legal advisory as well as preparation and verification of contracts and documents required by courts.
   
• Examination of financial reports, auditing
  We render services in the area of examination of financial statements and delivery of auditor’s opinion.
   
• Customs services
  The customs agency cooperating with our Company prepares documentation related to customs charge, calculates excise tax, submits relevant documents and forms to the Customs Office and prepares and sends the Intrastat.
   
• International standards
  We are able to adjust to the specificity of each company, different rules of managerial accounting, reporting and dates for data preparation.
